Last election in 2008 I was with my friends at an arcade. This was when I lived in New Jersey. I wasn’t old enough to vote back then, all I remember was we were all at the arcade eating Philly Cheesesteak. I didn’t have enough money but one of the guys backed me up, I think it was Dexter (or Benson). We were talking about the usual crazy stuff when I got a phone call from my mom saying we have to go back to California. I remember it being a sad day because as much as i hated New Jersey, it had the best people I’ve ever met.

We stayed at the arcade pretty late. The TV showed Obama winning but none of my friends voted so we just moved on with our lives and went back to playing DDR. 

Present-day-election; we’re all old enough but I don’t think anyone of us even registered to vote. Some things never change but I know a lot of things have. I hope in a good way!

I wish someone better were in Romney’s place against Obama because I really wanted to vote this year. It’s the first election I’m old enough.

I remember pre-internet when I was in 2nd grade my sister, cousin, and I would race to the TV after school and whoever got the remote control first got to pick what to watch for the rest of the day. This went on for about 4 years. Whenever i get the remote I would change the channels to anime or the 3 mains for kids (nick, CN, disney) my sister watched a bunch of music videos and I don’t even remember what my cousin liked.. she was into some crazy stuff like hello kitty. To this day we still pretty much like the same things. Except for my cousin she hates hello kitty now ):
